We send order confirmations via e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please check your junk email or contact us to ensure if your order was successfully placed and the shipment address/ details you provided are correct. 

We deliver our orders using TCS, DHL or Leopard courier. Delivery time may vary according to your location. We deliver to numerous postal areas internationally, however postal services may not be available for every country as some countries like Russia have postal restrictions. 

Domestic deliveries may take around 3-7 working days while international delivery time may vary according to the region. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays.

We reserve the right to not deliver an order if we suspect any security issues. We will inform you of any such order cancellation through email.
