Pricing errors

Ordering
Customized orders will be created according to the specifications and instructions we receive from you after a detailed discussion with our design team. It is your responsibility to make sure you have discussed every detail of the design with us. We will not compromise on our design aesthetics. We reserve the right to not accept your order if we feel you are asking us to replicate someone else’s design or if the design does not resonate with our aesthetics.
It is your responsibility to provide us the right measurements and to make sure all the details of your order are as per your requirements.
Quality of materials
We try hard to make sure that the images of our products on the website are as close to reality as possible. However due to computer screen and printing color differences we cannot guarantee a hundred percent accuracy. We do not accept the responsibility of slight variation in color, details, embellishment or garment construction.
All garments are to be dry-cleaned only.
Return or exchange policy
We will not accept returns for:
- Customized orders
- Change of mind
- Size and fitting issues (please ensure you check our size guide before placing an order)
- Differences in expectation
We will offer exchange if the product you ordered was faulty.
Cancellations
You are not entitled to cancel an order once payment has been made. If you wish to modify an order, we will review your request and it may or may not be furnished depending on the reason for modification.
